i went there for a year or so, cant remember who taught us boxing then but they threw you in at the deep end, on my second night there i was put in the ring with a lad a lot bigger than me who proceeded to knock ten bells out of me, had a few black eyes & bloody noses in my time there, but learned fast & loved it, happy days

"yeah masochist that i am, seems daft saying happy days when you came home with black eyes but they were great times, i think my fondest memories are of kent street, luv ya 2 sis"hey love ya loads bro ... i love our memories of school and kent street . wish we could go back there to those days . better than now . kids don't respect anything or anybody . do you recall ever answering mam or dad back or any of our aunts and uncles for that matter . i don't . we were taught respect and we also earned it . the kids of today just do what they want and parents have lost it due to all the silly laws thrust upon them by the government . bring back fathers like we had i say . like our dad ... very strict but we are no worse off for it and we all stick togetheir like brothers and sisters should . xxxxxxx Do you find this valuable? |
