Hello and welcome to the site.
My name is Paul Whitney during my school years l lived down Ripon Street on Hedon Road.and went to St Marys rc school Wilton street HULL from 1950 T0 1960
l tried hard to find if the old school had a site but the only link l could find was "friends united" it seemed a shame that there is no record of the school or of the pupils and teachers who attended it . l built this site in the hope that a little of the schools history will be preseved. My message to all you ex-pupils of ST MARYS RC WILTON STREET is please help me to build the school memories on this site .

It was all so long ago not sure there are many left who wil remember me but I was one of the lawson twins known to many then just as twinnie guess that meant it was easier than trying to figure out which one was which. I went on to Marist College adn later served in teh East Yorkshire Regiment in Malaya where I caughty up with many of my odl St. Mary's friends.
